Willy Lee is a Senior Aviation Business Manager at Volocopter, spearheading the establishment of Volocopter’s operations in Singapore, spanning compliance, flight and ground operations, engineering and maintenance, training, safety, security, quality, and crisis management.

Prior to the current role, Willy was the Director for Safety, Security, Sustainability and Quality with Scoot, a Singaporean low-cost airline and a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Airlines. He spent four and a half years with the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, where he developed two Air Navigation Regulations. With over 24 years of experience in the military, Willy's leadership skills were honed during his two command tours in the Gulf of Aden and commanding a squadron in Australia.

Willy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Flight Dynamics and Evaluation from the University of Portsmouth, UK, and a Master’s in Finance from University College Dublin.
