Professor Patrick Bellew, RDI is a UK Royal Designer and has more than three decades’ experience integrating architecture with environmental and buildings systems, with a strong focus on low and net-zero carbon design. He lectures widely on improving sustainability in the built environment.

Patrick is a founding member of the UK Green Building Council in 2006 and was a member of its Executive Board until 2010. The Royal Institute of British Architects appointed him Honorary Fellow in 2001 in recognition of his contributions to integrate innovative technologies with architecture. He has been Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering since 2004.
