Jenny Davis-Peccoud founded Bain’s global Sustainability & Responsibility practice in 2011. Throughout her 30 years at Bain, Jenny has advised multinational corporate clients across a wide range of industries, as well as government ministries, public bodies and global NGOs.

Her experience includes sustainability strategy, sustainable growth and value creation, sustainable business transformation, sustainable supply chains, and multi-lateral collaborations. She has also supported the early conception, incubation and launch of ambitious sustainability ventures.

Beyond her broad expertise, Jenny has a particular focus on food systems transformation, working across agriculture, packaged food companies, food retail and agri financing on the systemic solutions needed to drive impactful, lasting and sustainable change.

Jenny writes and speaks extensively in her areas of expertise. Her perspectives have been published in newspapers across the world, including The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Le Monde, NRC Handelsblad and The Business Times of Singapore, as well as in publications such as Harvard Business Review, European Business Forum, the Stanford Social Innovation Review, Forbes and weforum.org.

A US, French and British citizen, Jenny has led projects across Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and North America, with almost 10 years of experience in Southeast Asia.
