Sjoerd Raijmans
Project Lead - Future Fuels
SkyNRG
As a Project Lead within the Future Fuels team, Sjoerd leads several early-stage projects which aim to develop commercial-scale sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production capacity.
He is currently leading two international development projects for SAF production capacity. In that regard, he’s responsible for all aspects of the business case including technology selection, feedstock sourcing, safeguarding sustainability, offtake contracts and policy monitoring. Since SkyNRG is a feedstock and technology agnostic project developer, the starting point of these development projects is sustainability and fit with the local context.
Next to that, Sjoerd also led several consulting projects where he and the SkyNRG team educate and advise partners all over the world on SAF-related topics.
