Harsha is the Managing Director at SP Group, Sustainable Energy Solutions, Singapore. He is also SP Group’s Project Director for Tengah - Singapore's first smart and sustainable town.
Harsha oversees the growth and development of SP’s sustainable energy solutions in Singapore. He engages various sectors and industries, to enable a low-carbon, smart energy future. In Tengah, Harsha leads the integration of SP’s digital and sustainability capabilities for the upcoming town. He is responsible for delivering eco-innovations that help advance the town’s sustainability goals, mitigate climate change and to engage residents to help them join the green movement.
Harsha first joined SP in 2018, leading the development of EnergyTech and Sustainable Building products for commercial real-estate customers at SP Digital – the digital arm of SP Group. The digital offerings provide customers with cost efficient solutions to monitor and manage utilities consumption while generating insights to drive energy and operational efficiency.
An Engineering and Electronics graduate from Nanyang Technological University, Harsha is a green advocate and is deeply passionate about delivering practical, yet impactful sustainability-focused products and solutions for townships in Singapore.

Justin has been in the environment and sustainability space for more than 10 years. He started his career in the Public Service Division, before moving on to take up assignments in the then-Ministry of Environment and Water Resources, PUB Singapore’s National Water Agency, the National Environment Agency and Gardens by the Bay.
Justin is currently working in the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment, where he runs the SG Eco Fund and GreenGov.SG.

At Temasek’s Sustainable Solutions team, Shu Fen works closely with portfolio companies to scale urban solutions that support the decarbonisation of the built environment.
Before joining Temasek, Shu Fen started work in the Clean Technology cluster at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). She account-managed key European and Chinese clean energy companies, facilitated their investments into Singapore and project managed strategic clean energy initiatives such as floating solar. Later, she moved to the Advanced Manufacturing cluster where she supported the development of the Singapore Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) and co-authored whitepapers on industrial transformation.
Shu Fen received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics (First Class) from the London School of Economics, and a Masters in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
