Mr Chee Hong Tat is currently the Minister for National Development. He also serves as Deputy Chairman of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Board of Directors, Chairman of the Chinese Community Liaison Group and an Adviser to the Board of Directors of Business China.

Mr Chee was first elected as a Member of Parliament for the Bishan-Toa Payoh Group Representation Constituency (GRC) in 2015 and was re-elected during the 2020 and 2025 General Elections. Before joining politics, he spent 17 years in the Public Service, and had served as the Principal Private Secretary to Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew, Chief Executive of the Energy Market Authority and Second Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

Before taking on his current role, Mr Chee had served as Minister for Transport, Second Minister for Finance, and Senior Minister of State for Health, Communications & Information, Education, Trade & Industry and Foreign Affairs. He was also Deputy Secretary of the National Trades Union Congress from May 2021 to June 2022.

Mr Chee was born in 1973 and is married with four children. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science (Highest Honours) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts (Highest Honours) in Economics. He obtained his Masters of Business Administration from Adelaide University in 2006. He received the Distinguished Service Award from the National Trades Union Congress in April 2021 and was conferred an Honorary Fellow by the Institution of Engineers, Singapore in January 2023.

Xavier started his career at Louis Dreyfus Communications (later known as Neuf Cegetel) in Paris in 2001, before joining Louis Dreyfus Commodities in Geneva as Attaché to the CEO, where he was in charge of the business plan and carried out several projects in Asia. He then joined Direct Energie in 2007 where he was in charge of Business Development before founding Neoen in 2008. Xavier graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jean-Jacques Barbéris is General Management and Executive board member at Amundi. Jean-Jacques is head of Institutional and Corporate Clients Coverage and supervises the ESG department. Jean-Jacques is also chairman of Amundi Germany and of CPR asset management.

Before joining Amundi, Jean-Jacques acted as advisor for Economic and Financial affairs in the staff of the French President of the Republic, where he served from 2013-2016. Prior to this, he was a member of staff of Pierre Moscovici, French Minister of Economy and Finance.

Between 2009 and 2010, Jean-Jacques chaired the European group of experts on climate finance in the negotiations at UNFCCC. During that time, he also participated in different studies on the economics of climate change, such as Jean Tirole’s report published before the Copenhagen UNFCC conference in 2015.

Jean-Jacques started his career in the French Treasury Directorate General where he served from 2008 to 2012.

Jean-Jacques was a lecturer in advanced economics at Sciences-Po Paris From 2009 to 2012. He is also chairman of the French think tank “En Temps Réel”, dedicated to European politics.

Jean-Jacques is a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum since 2019.

He is also a vice-chairman of Finance for Tomorrow, the French financial association devoted to sustainable finance.

April Chin serves as the Co-CEO at Resaro, an AI assurance company specialising in independent, third-party testing of mission-critical AI systems.

April's commitment to Responsible AI began in 2019 at BasisAI, where she played a pivotal role in driving the adoption of governance-by-deployment approaches in AI solutions among enterprises. She has also led multidisciplinary initiatives on the operationalisation of AI governance frameworks into executable processes for business and technology teams.

Drawing from over a decade of experience as a former Singapore Administrative Service officer, April has collaborated closely with senior government officials and C-suite leaders to shape future-ready policies that are anchored on governance principles. As a thought leader in this field, April shares her expertise as a Futures Fellow at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and as an Advisor-Expert at the Chandler Institute of Governance.

Wan Thonh is Head of Coverage for Singapore and ASEAN. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing client relationships and driving business growth by ensuring seamless delivery of the Bank’s services, solutions and product offerings to its Corporate and Investment Banking clients.

Wan Thonh has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, holding a number of senior leadership roles in international banks across transaction banking, capital markets and strategic advisory for corporate and institutional clients.

Based in Singapore, Wan Thonh is a member of the Corporate Coverage Management Team and Executive Committee of Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited. Dr Steve Howard is Vice Chairman, Sustainability, Temasek. He first joined Temasek as Chief Sustainability Officer in January 2021. Steve is a leading authority on climate change, sustainable business, and sustainable investment. He is a serial social entrepreneur and has led or co-led the establishment of many high-impact organisations and initiatives over three decades. Steve is passionate about tackling climate change and inequality and using business and finance as a force for good. He is a sought-after speaker and has given two TED Talks. He has advised leaders across international business, government and intergovernmental organisations.

Steve is a board member of GenZero, which he helped establish, and chairs the Investment Committee. He is also a founding board and investment committee member of the Temasek-BlackRock joint venture, Decarbonization Partners. In addition, Steve is Founding Chair of the We Mean Business Coalition which he co-founded in 2015, a leading climate change and business coalition which helped secure the Paris Climate Agreement.  He is a member of LeapFrog’s Global Leadership Council and chair of their climate advisory board. He is also chair of Tilt Collective, a global initiative promoting plant-rich food systems which he established in 2023.   

Before joining Temasek, Steve was Chief Sustainability Officer at IKEA Group and served on IKEA’s Executive Group Management from 2011 to 2017 where he launched their agenda-setting People and Planet Positive strategy.  Prior to IKEA, Steve was Founder and CEO of The Climate Group, a global NGO where he launched Climate Week NYC and established networks of cities, states, regions, and businesses committed to a net-zero carbon world. Before the Climate Group, Steve consulted on sustainability working as a partner at ERM and a Director at URS. He was, until recently, on the Administrative Board of SEforALL. He previously co-chaired the WEF Global Future Council on Environmental Security and chaired the Global Agenda Council on climate change.

Earlier in his career, Steve worked in WWF, where he established the Global Forest and Trade Network, chaired the UK Forest Stewardship Council and helped launch and chair The Forest Trust. Steve is trained as an ecologist and has a PhD in Ecophysiology and Environmental Physics based on research on agroforestry systems in Kenya. He is a keen runner and recently ran a marathon a day for six days.

Dr. Sarah B. Kapnick is the Global Head of Climate Advisory in the Commercial and Investment Bank at J.P. Morgan. She oversees the Firm’s climate through leadership strategy and advises the bank's clients on intersecting topics around finance, climate science, and national security. She has received several recognitions for her work at J.P. Morgan and her Climate Intuition series, including being named to the 2025 TIME100 Climate, Bloomberg Green “Ones to Watch” and Fin-Erth lists. She was previously with the bank’s Asset and Wealth Management division.

Prior to her current role, Dr. Kapnick was Chief Scientist at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). She previously spent a decade at NOAA leading climate risk research and development.

Dr. Kapnick earned a Ph.D. in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an A.B. in Mathematics from Princeton University.

Kim-See LIM is Chief Investment Officer at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). Ms. Lim, is a global investment professional who has been responsible for originating, executing, and managing multibillion-dollar equity and debt portfolios in emerging markets across Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and Latin America.

With a global career spanning more than 30 years, Ms. Lim has held senior leadership positions as well as corporate board positions at private companies in emerging markets. She has successfully led multi-cultural teams to formulate and execute investment strategies across the consumer services, infrastructure, and financial.

As Chief Investment Officer, Ms. Lim oversees AIIB’s investment operations with public sector clients in South Asia (except Afghanistan and Pakistan), South East Asia, the Pacific Islands, and Sub-Saharan Africa; and financial institutions and funds clients in all AIIB Members.

Before joining AIIB in July 2025, Ms. Lim was Regional Director for East Asia and the Pacific at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), where she oversaw the formulation and implementation of IFC’s investment strategy and advisory business in East Asia and the Pacific.

Ms. Lim is passionate about sustainable finance, inclusive growth, and innovation. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Bahasa. Ms. Lim has an MBA from University of Maryland, USA and undergraduate degree in Economics and Finance from Flinders University, South Australia, Australia.

Ben King is responsible for Google’s sales and business development operations both within the countries and strengthening Singapore’s position as a regional hub. Ben also leads various adjacent APAC and SEA wide teams — he looked after the APAC Agency and Industry Relations team from 2023-25, and now manages the broader SEA Agency and Partners Team (including Creative, Creator, Tech and Platforms partnerships teams), and APAC Travel Vertical Search.

Prior to this appointment, Ben ran sales and business development operations for Google Thailand between 2015 and 2019. He has also worked with various Google businesses across a diverse range of countries in South and Southeast Asia including Bangladesh, Indonesia, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Thailand.

Before joining Google in 2012, Ben worked at Microsoft Advertising Australia. Joining the business shortly after its launch in the country, he held a number of roles as the business grew into a significant player within the performance marketing space.

Ben is part of the Sentosa Development Corporation Board, sits on the board of advisors for the School of Computing and Information Systems of the Singapore Management University, and sits on the SGTech Council in the capacity of co-opted councilor.

Ben has a BA in Media and Communications from the University of Sydney, Australia, majoring in Media, History and Ancient History.

Dr. Ma Jun is a prominent advocate for sustainable development and green finance, with significant influence both domestically and internationally. In mainland China, he serves as Chairman of the Green Finance Committee and President of the Institute of Finance and Sustainability.

In Hong Kong, he leads the Hong Kong Green Finance Association (HKGFA) and contributes to various committees focused on green finance and sustainable development. Internationally, he chairs the Capacity-building Alliance of Sustainable Investment (CASI) and co-chairs several global green finance initiatives. With over three decades of experience, Dr. Ma has held key roles, including Co-Chair of the G20 Sustainable Finance Working Group, Chief Economist at the People’s Bank of China (PBoC), and positions with Deutsche Bank, World Bank, and International Monetary Fund (IMF).

As a pioneering leader in green finance, Dr. Ma has played a ground-breaking role in advancing China’s green finance ecosystem. He organized the country’s first green finance guidelines and bond taxonomy and initiated regional pilot programs. Globally, he has been instrumental in shaping the G20 Green Finance Framework, the Green Investment Principles for the Belt and Road Initiative, and the International Platform on Sustainable Finance (IPSF) Common Ground Taxonomy. His contributions to initiatives such as the Network for Greening the Financial System (NGFS) on biodiversity and the CASI platform have further solidified his reputation. Under his leadership, his teams have supported over 20 governments and financial institutions in developing green finance strategies, earning him numerous international accolades.

Dr. Ma earned his Ph.D. in Economics from Georgetown University in 1994 and a master’s degree in Management Science from Fudan University in 1988.

Catherine McKenna is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Climate and Nature Solutions. She is Canada’s former Minister of Environment and Climate Change and former Minister of Infrastructure and Communities. She is Chair of the UN Secretary-General’s High-Level Expert Group on Net-Zero Commitments for companies, financial institutions, cities, and regions. Catherine founded Women Leading on Climate and hosts its new podcast. She is a member of Temasek’s Global Sustainability Advisory Panel and Singapore’s International Advisory Panel on Carbon Credits. She is a Visiting Professor in Practice at the Grantham Institute at the London School of Economics, a Distinguished Fellow at the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy and an advisor to the Lawson Climate Institute. She serves on the advisory boards of several private sector companies and is a frequent global speaker on climate action, net-zero leadership, and women’s empowerment. Catherine was named a Chevalier of the Légion d’Honneur by the French government, an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society, and holds an honorary Doctor of Science degree from McMaster University. She is the author of Run Like a Girl, a memoir about ambition, resilience, and fighting for change. She is a mother of three children and an avid open-water swimmer.

Shannon Miller is CEO and Founder of Mainspring Energy, the leading manufacturer of linear generators. Mainspring began commercial deployments of its fuel-flexible, local power generators  in 2020 and today has hundreds of megawatts in advanced development and field operations for leading Fortune 500 companies, data centers, and utilities across the U.S. A former National Science Foundation Fellow, Shannon was awarded the U.S. Department of Energy C3E Award 2022 in the Entrepreneurship category and named Energy Central “Champion in Innovation” in 2023 in recognition for her energy industry leadership. She holds B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical engineering from Stanford University. 

Mr. Mizuno is a globally recognized financial executive and a leading advocate for sustainable investment. As Founder and CEO of Good Steward Partners, LLC, he continues to promote responsible financial practices and long-term value creation across markets and sectors. He currently serves as Special Advisor to Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), Independent Board Member of LiveWire Group Inc., and Mission Committee Member at Danone S.A. 

Previously, Hiro served as Special Envoy of the UN Secretary-General on Innovative Finance and Sustainable Investment, Special Advisor to CEO of MSCI Inc., Board Member of Tesla, Inc., Executive Managing Director and CIO of Japan’s Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF). 

Earlier in his career, Hiro held leadership roles in private equity and banking, including as Partner at Coller Capital in London and in various international positions at Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co., Ltd., working across Japan, Silicon Valley, and New York.

Beyond his executive roles, Hiro remains deeply engaged in global initiatives focused on climate change, biodiversity, and financial innovation working closely with leading institutions to drive systemic change in capital markets and advance sustainability goals.

Hiro also contributes actively to academia as Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School, Executive in Residence at Oxford Saïd Business School etc.

Scott Morris joined ADB on 1 November 2023 and has significant prior leadership experience in both government and the non-profit sector. He is currently  responsible for overseeing ADB’s operations in East Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific.

Mr. Morris is an expert on development finance and debt policy with more than 30 years of experience in international economic policymaking and research. Prior to joining ADB, Mr. Morris was a Senior Fellow at the Center for Global Development (CGD) in Washington, DC. At CGD, he led work on multilateral and bilateral development finance, including the role of concessional finance in supporting low-income and climate-vulnerable countries.

Mr. Morris previously served in senior roles in the US government, including as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Development Finance and Debt in the US Treasury. In this role, he oversaw the participation of the US in multilateral development banks, including ADB, as well as US participation in the Paris Club. Prior to his US Treasury appointment, he managed the international and monetary policy portfolio of the Committee on Financial Services, US House of Representatives.

Mr. Morris holds a master of public policy studies (international economics) from the University of Michigan, Institute for Public Policy Studies, in Michigan, US. He obtained his bachelor of arts degree in government from Franklin and Marshall College in Pennsylvania, US.

Bob Mumgaard leads the strategic vision and direction of Commonwealth Fusion Systems, the world's leading, largest, and best capitalised fusion energy company. Under his leadership, Commonwealth Fusion Systems is paving the way for clean, abundant fusion energy to drive the energy transition. 

Since co-founding Commonwealth Fusion Systems with a mission to commercialise the high-field approach to fusion, Mumgaard has grown the company to 800 employees and raised more than $2 billion from the world’s leading climate investors including Bill Gates’ Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Khosla Ventures, The Engine, oil majors including Eni and Equinor, and long-term strategic investors including Temasek and Tiger Global, among others.

Mumgaard performed his PhD work at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he contributed to the design of several small superconducting tokamaks for a variety of physics missions using high temperature superconductors (HTS). Prior to co-founding Commonwealth Fusion Systems, as an MIT fellow, Mumgaard focused on how entrepreneurship, risk-retirement strategies, and partnerships could increase the speed of fusion from laboratory to market. He organised and led a team identifying strategies to utilise private finance and traditional academic resources to speed the path to fusion energy resulting in a collaboration model with MIT and the launch of Commonwealth Fusion Systems.

Mumgaard holds a PhD in Applied Plasma Physics and a MS in Nuclear Engineering from MIT, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering and BS in Engineering Physics from the University of Nebraska.

Amit Narayan is a serial entrepreneur who has founded, scaled, and exited multiple technology companies. He is currently the Founder and CEO of GridCARE, a pioneering company focused on unlocking existing power capacity on the electric grid, and Founder and CEO of Aina Climate AI Ventures, a venture fund and company creation studio dedicated to catalyzing AI-driven solutions for planetary-scale climate impact.

Previously, Amit founded and led AutoGrid from inception in 2011 through its acquisition by Schneider Electric in 2022. AutoGrid Flex has been consistently ranked #1 globally for Virtual Power Plants (VPPs) and Distributed Energy Resources (DERs), deployed in over 20 countries and managing more than 8 GW of capacity.

Earlier, Amit was Director of Smart Grid Research at Stanford University and a founder and executive in semiconductor design automation. He holds a PhD from UC Berkeley and a B.Tech. from IIT Kanpur.

Ms. Abigail Ng is Chief Sustainability Officer, where she oversees sustainability strategies and steers developmental and regulatory initiatives across MAS. Her work focuses on developing a vibrant sustainable and transition finance ecosystem, while driving collaborations with regional and international counterparts. She represents MAS on the ASEAN Taxonomy Board, and is an Advisory Board Member of the Singapore Green Finance Centre, and on the Management Advisory Board of the Sustainable and Green Finance Institute.

Prior to this appointment, Ms. Ng served as Executive Director and Head of the Markets Policy & Consumer Department, where she led the formulation of policies in the capital markets. Ms. Ng represented MAS at various international fora, including the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) where MAS chairs the Working Group on promoting corporate sustainability disclosures. She was also deeply involved in the work at the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) dedicated to improving sustainability-related disclosures by securities issuers.

Before joining the MAS, Ms. Ng was with the Singapore Legal Service in the State Courts and the Attorney-General’s Chambers, and is admitted as Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Kyung-Ah is Chief Sustainability Officer at Temasek. She is responsible for advancing Temasek's sustainability strategy to climate resilient, net zero portfolio and to enable nature positive and inclusive growth. She also oversees the integration of ESG across Temasek's global portfolio, including new investments and engagements with portfolio companies to deliver long-term sustainable returns.

Kyung-Ah has over two decades of experience in the finance industry, the majority of which was dedicated to building and leading the global environmental markets initiatives at Goldman Sachs and advancing innovative finance solutions to address climate change. She was the head of Environmental Markets and Innovation and a member of the Sustainable Finance Steering Group. She joined Goldman Sachs in Mergers & Acquisitions and worked in Investment Banking in New York and Hong Kong. Prior to Goldman Sachs, she was at McKinsey in South Korea and South Africa.

Kyung-Ah has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Yonsei University in Korea. She serves on the board of ClimateWorks Foundation and is a non-executive board director of Clifford Capital Holdings. She is a Fellow of the 2023 class of the Finance Leaders Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

Amar Rahman, PhD, MBA is the global leader of Zurich Resilience Solutions’ specialist Climate and Sustainability team, focused on helping business and communities to adapt to the current and future impacts of climate change and extreme weather events. 

Amar brings over three decades of expertise in civil engineering consultancy, academic research, and extreme weather resilience strategy to ZRS customers. He has built a diverse team of climate data scientists and climate risk consultants to help customers identify and quantify their exposure to evolving climate risks, and to implement adaptation measures that build long-term resilience.

Prior to joining Zurich Insurance, Amar held several roles in the civil engineering sector, specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects, including bridges, energy infrastructure and desalination plants. 

Johan Rockström is Director of the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, Professor in Earth System Science at the University of Potsdam and Professor in Water Systems and Global Sustainability at the Stockholm University. He is an internationally recognized scientist on global sustainability issues and led the development of the Planetary Boundaries framework for human development in the current era of rapid global change. Professor Rockström is a leading scientist on global water resources, with more than 25 years experience in applied water research in tropical regions, and more than 150 research publications in fields ranging from applied land and water management to global sustainability. He is i.a. chair of the Earth Commission, the Earth League, Chief Scientist of Conservation International, and elected member of the German Academy of Sciences Leopoldina and the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences.

Salim Samaha is a Partner at Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), a part of BlackRock. He leads the GIP Transition Fund and serves as Chair of the firm’s Midstream and LNG sectors. Mr. Samaha is a member of GIP’s Investment and Operating Committees and is based in New York.

Prior to joining GIP, Mr. Samaha was a senior banker in the Global Energy Group of Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking Division. He previously worked as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers in its Global Power and Project Finance Group.

He currently serves on the boards of Rio Grande LNG and Columbia Pipeline.

Mr. Samaha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance and accounting from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He is a guest lecturer and member of McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management Expert Panel.

Dilhan joined Temasek in September 2010. He was appointed Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Temasek Holdings on 1 October 2021. In his current role, he has oversight of all entities under Temasek Holdings, including Temasek Singapore, Temasek Global Investments, Temasek Partnership Solutions, and Temasek International.

Dilhan has held various leadership roles in Temasek, including Head of the Investment, the Portfolio Management and the Enterprise Development Groups. He has also led the Temasek market teams in Singapore and the Americas.

Prior to Temasek, Dilhan was the Managing Partner of WongPartnership LLP. He has over 20 years of legal experience, mainly focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate law.

Before founding Westbeck, Will was a partner and Head of the Natural Resources team at CQS from 2008 to 2015. He managed several resource funds with combined AUM around $1 billion, including the City Natural Resources High Yield Trust for six years. During this time, he received several industry awards, including the 2011 Investment Week Best Specialist Investment Trust, the 2012 Investors Chronicle Best Commodity Trust, and the 2012 Investment Week Best Commodity and Resources Trust. Prior to CQS, Will managed the L/S commodity strategy at Landsbanki Securities (2004–2007). He was head of market making in UK FTSE 250 stocks at Panmure Gordon (1999-2004). He held various positions across 13 years at UBS (1986-1999) and started his career at Morgan Grenfell.

Mr Teo Chee Hean was appointed Chairman of Temasek Holdings on 9 October 2025, after joining the Board as Deputy Chairman in July 2025. He also serves as Senior Advisor in the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) of the Republic of Singapore.

Mr Teo was appointed Singapore’s Senior Minister from 2019 to 2025 and served as Deputy Prime Minister from 2009 to 2019. He also concurrently served as Coordinating Minister for National Security from 2011. In these roles, he oversaw the National Security Coordination Secretariat, the Smart Nation and Digital Government Group, the National Population and Talent Division and the National Climate Change Secretariat under the Prime Minister's Office.

Mr Teo's career spans political office and the defence sector. He had served as Minister for Home Affairs, Minister for Defence, Minister for Education, and Minister for the Environment, as well as Minister of State in the Ministries of Finance, Communications and Defence. He entered politics in 1992 as a Member of Parliament in Marine Parade Group Representation Constituency (GRC) and was subsequently re-elected six times in Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC. Before being elected to political office, he served in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) where he held various command and staff appointments in the Republic of Singapore Navy and the Joint Staff, rising to the rank of Rear Admiral as Chief of Navy in 1991.

Mr Teo had previously served on the GIC Board where he also chaired the GIC International Advisory Board. He has also served on the boards of IRAS, PSA, Nanyang Technological University and Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Mr Teo holds a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) in Electrical Engineering and Management Science from the University of Manchester, a Master of Science degree (with distinction) in Computing Science from Imperial College London, and a Master’s in Public Administration from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, where he was named a Littauer Fellow.

Connor Teskey is CEO of Brookfield Asset Management, a leading global alternative asset manager, headquartered in New York, with over $1 trillion of assets under management across infrastructure, renewable power and transition, private equity, real estate and credit. He is also the head of Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition group, responsible for investments and operations across a range of energy infrastructure investments. He is a member of Brookfield’s Executive Committee. Mr. Teskey joined Brookfield in 2012 and has held a variety of investment and management roles. Prior to Brookfield, he worked in corporate debt origination at a Canadian bank. Mr. Teskey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Shriti Vadera is the Chair of Prudential plc, the World Bank Private Sector Investment Lab, which advises on leveraging the World Bank’s interventions to scale up private finance mobilisation for development and climate change, and Chatham House’s Panel of Strategic Supporters and Advisers.  She is Chair of The Royal Shakespeare Company and Co-Chair of the UK’s Creative Industries Council.  She was previously the Chair of Santander UK, a director of AstraZeneca and senior independent director of BHP. 

Shriti has over 40 years of experience spanning public and private sectors, in the UK and internationally. She started her career as an investment banker for 15 years with a particular focus on emerging markets.  She joined the Council of Economic Advisers, HM Treasury in 1999, leading on policy areas for business, productivity, private finance, and international development issues.  From 2007-2009, she was a UK government minister in the Cabinet Office, Business Department and International Development Department.  She was best known for leading the UK government’s response to the financial crisis, as a key architect of its pioneering bank recapitalisation and funding plan in 2008, and helped design the outcomes of the G20 London Summit in 2009.

Kohei Wada is a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Tokyo office and a leader in the firm’s Sustainability and Public Sector Practice in Japan and across Asia. He advises governments, financial institutions, and energy companies on sustainability and energy transition topics, with particular expertise in climate adaptation, mitigation, and transition strategy. His recent work includes supporting governments on its nationally determined contribution (NDC), helping define targets and transformation roadmaps for both climate adaptation and mitigation. He also works closely with financial institutions to quantify climate risk, embed climate considerations into risk and credit processes, identify opportunities in climate adaptation, and shape climate finance and transition strategies across Asia-Pacific.

In addition to his consulting work, Kohei worked at Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), where he was responsible for policy design to support the energy transition and power market liberalization. His work included the design of key market mechanisms such as the capacity market and carbon trading market, contributing to the development of Japan’s evolving energy policy framework.

Currently serves as the Vice President of Tencent Cloud and Managing Director of APAC. Since joining Tencent in 2016, he has been leading the Asia-Pacific team and is committed to operating and expanding the business of the cloud computing industry. He served as the sales director at Hutchison Whampoa, accumulating rich business experience and being proficient in sales strategy and customer relationship management. Before this, he served as a senior engineer at IBM and possessed profound engineering knowledge and skills.

As Managing Director for Sustainability, Franziska leads the development and implementation of Temasek’s overarching sustainability strategy and frameworks to advance net zero, nature positive and inclusive growth. She also spearheads external engagements with international institutions, global investor alliances as well as think tanks and business networks.  

Since joining the firm in 2015, Franziska has played a pioneering role in defining an ambitious climate change agenda, establishing and implementing the firmwide ESG programme, forming an external sustainability advisory group as well as an engagement platform for portfolio companies on sustainability.  

Before joining Temasek, Franziska held senior positions in publicly listed multinational companies across Europe and Asia in the agriculture, healthcare, consumer and industrials industries.

Franziska holds a Master’s degree in Law. She serves as a member of various industry bodies and academic institutions focused on climate, sustainable and transition finance. These include the ESG Committee of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID); the Executive Committee of the Singapore Sustainable Finance Association (SSFA); the Management Advisory Board of the Sustainable and Green Finance Institute (SGFIN) at the National University of Singapore (NUS); the Expert Panel on ESG and Sustainable Investing at Singapore’s Wealth Management Institute (WMI); and as a Fellow of the Transition Investment Lab at NYU Abu Dhabi.
