You will learn about Karana, a whole plant product made from young jackfruit which has a natural meat-like shredded pork texture while also being a sustainable and biodiverse ingredient.  Plant-based chicken product, TiNDLE™️, will also be featured. Its ridiculously yummy chicken made from plants as will Impossible™️, meat made from plants which cooks, smells and tastes like beef.  Not only are these products delicious, versatile and cholesterol-free but they help in reducing food waste and our impact on the environment with no compromise on flavour!
