Chandra Shekhar Sinha

Chandra Shekhar Sinha is the adviser of the climate change group at the World Bank. Chandra joined the Bank in 1997 and was part of the team that established carbon finance at the institution. 

He has also worked at JP Morgan, TERI (New Delhi), and at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government. Chandra has a Ph.D. and Master Of Technology in Energy Studies from the IIT, Delhi, and a Masters degree in physics from the IIT, Kanpur, India.
