Scaling climate and resilience investments hinges on one critical factor: bankability. Across both developed and emerging markets, strong alignment between public policy and private capital is essential to unlock projects at speed and scale.

Drawing on recent transactions and policy initiatives, this panel will identify what has worked, what remains difficult to replicate, and what is needed to unlock more investment. Panellists will discuss how risk-sharing mechanisms, blended finance, regulatory clarity and credible transition pathways can help improve bankability and mobilise capital.

This session will also discuss how international cooperation and domestic policy frameworks can reinforce each other to accelerate the transition.
