His team focuses on improving customer retention for the subscription-based business through onboarding, servicing, and churn reduction. Brandon is a thought-leader in customer experience design that balances customer needs, with business and technical viability. Prior to Style Theory, he was a Senior Strategist at Google Asia Pacific where he consulted clients across Southeast Asia on how to make the best out of Google's suite of online marketing solutions. He is also a writer at Tech In Asia and frequent guest speaker at tech community events.
