Richard leads the Grocery and Retail divisions for Lazada Singapore. Originally from the UK, Richard has extensive experience in the food supply and retail industry ranging from global MNCs to start-ups. He has spent most of his career in the disruptive online grocery space, initially as part of the start-up team of Ocado, the world's largest online grocer, and now with Lazada / RedMart, part of the wider Alibaba Group, where he has been for five years.
