Chef Natasha joined Encik Tan in 2017. As a chef and outlet manager, she knows all the ins and outs of the brand’s operations and recipes like the back of her hand. Although she is Malay by ethnicity, she is educated in Chinese and is familiar with dishes of both heritages. A lover of local hawker food, Chef Natasha also runs her own YouTube channel where she shares with viewers her favourite hawker eats.
