Chef Damian Piedrahita is a plant-based executive chef, with more than a decade of experience in gastronomy without animal protein. He is committed to creating an innovative, sustainable and plant-based gastronomic culture.
In recent years, he is dedicated to R&D and consulting for F&B and food-tech companies and is currently in collaboration with Shangri-La Singapore for the creation of a new plant-based cuisine programme for Southeast Asia.
