Head Chef of Ebb & Flow, Addis Tan, has been in the F&B industry for 14 years now. After graduating from culinary school, he spent two years at the Ritz Carlton, before working at Garibaldi and Esquina where he learnt the fundamentals of modern cuisine. Consequentially he decided to work at more casual restaurants like Moosehead and Park Bench Deli before starting his own venture —HRVST Bistro, a plant-based restaurant. Very innovative in Singapore scene.

Ebb & Flow Group bought over HRSVT and Addis has been with them ever since, leading to 8ASHa multimodern diner concept nestled in Ann Siang Hill.A very unconventional F&B concept offering 3 different types of menu and cuisines under one roof, using AI to understand the taste and preferences of their customers. The group realized that not only there are more people adopting the vegan lifestyle, but they are willing to try plant-based food as well.
